You are ambitious and you really want a change in your life.
You want to attract something better for yourself and your family but you are in a constant stream of stress due to high workload and/or other family-related situations that are challenging emotionally and/or financially.

In a panic state of mind, you might search the internet for some guidance on how to manifest a better reality, more money, more time, more love etcetera.
Stress and wandering thoughts
You follow the advise you see and try to get in a calm state to be able to meditate.
Your thoughts instantly start to wander. You are thinking of the things you have to do before bedtime.
- Have the kids finished their homework?
- Have they cleaned their rooms?
- Crap, I have to handle the laundry!
- Oh…I should call my sister!
- I really have to do this and that at work tomorrow…
Does this sound familiar to you?
Many of us are having these wandering thoughts in our heads all our awaken time – more or less.
Why stress stops you from attracting your desire
When you are in a stressed mood, you vibrate on a specific frequency that isn’t aligned with the creative frequency which you are using, when manifesting the things and circumstances which you desire.
You see, when we are experiencing stress – we get in survival mode, ready to defeat, run and escape.
If you feel like you don’t have enough money and feel so stressed about that, that what you focus on.
That’s what you vibrate and guess what – that’s what you will get more of.
Gratitude for what is
The thing with gratitude is that it’s s essential when it comes to manifesting the life and things you desire.
If you’re not happy now, you can’t create happiness.
You have to be and FEEL happy now, no matter your circumstance before you can manifest more happiness into your reality.
You can’t feel poor now and think that you easily can create prosperity.
If you’re not grateful for what you have now, no matter how little, you won’t be able to manifest wealth. Does it sound hard and unfair?
You created what you have now
One important thing to remember is that you and only you, have created your present reality.
It might seem unfair but think about it. Since what you focus on expands, rewind your life a bit and try to remember how you’ve been acting, doing, thinking and feeling in the past.
Does it make sense that you have what you have now?
If your parents told you that making money is hard and that rich people are greedy – and you have been walking around with that belief in mind – what do you think that you’ve been attracting?
If you tell yourself that you gain weight easily and that you have a really hard time of losing weight – what does that mindset create?
Meditation is a way of adjusting your vibration
During meditation when we relax and calm down, our vibrations are more align with the creative state of being.
Aligned with the universe. That’s why meditation is a great tool when it comes to manifesting.
But, if your thoughts wander on all the things you must do and mustn’t do – there is no chance in the world that your vibrations will align in the way you want it to.
If you are constantly stressed, and you vibrate on that specific frequency – you will match a frequency in the universe that will give you more on what you focus on.
Like, attract like. If you are feeling that you have a lack of time, you will get more of that.

So what can you do about it?
With this knowledge in mind, you have good reasons to adjust your thinking and what you are focusing on.
It’s definitely worth it, don’t you think? I mean, why should you let stress stop you from attracting your desire?
Dedicate some time once a day for a short meditation, let’s say 20-30 minutes. If that sounds way too long, make it short and sweet. Start with 5-10 minutes.
Make this your priority and your own, sacred, time.
Make sure you’ll not be disturbed. Mute your cell phone.
Find a cozy spot in your home and sit, either in a cross-leg position with your spine straight – or sit on a chair with your hands on your legs. Make sure that your back is straight.
If you are totally new into meditation, I can highly recommend some guided meditations on youtube. This one, for example. Listen to the meditation with your headphones on:
Follow the guided meditation and find someone that works for you. We all prefer different voices, I’m kind of picky when it comes to this myself. It has to be a calm, trustworthy voice.
When starting to meditate regularly, you will most likely experience that you can switch faster from stress mood to a more calmer mood.
Eventually, you can also choose not to feel stressed in situations you normally would feel stressed in.
Try this out and feel how it feels for you!
When you feel like something shifted and that you’re not that stressed anymore, then it’s time to manifest what you DO want!
First, we have to clean up our inner mess, then we can take care of our outer mess.
