What are you grateful for today?
Do you keep asking yourself why others are manifesting their desires easily? Why others seem to live in happiness and joy, without any struggle? Do you think life is hard and that is hard to manifest your desires? Then this post is for you! I’ll share why gratitude is so important. Not only for manifestations but to live in joy and grace.
Powerful and calming
Did you know that you can shift your energy and feel better just by feeling grateful?
By taking a couple of slow deep breaths and feel grateful for what is?
Gratitude is very powerful and calming. If you’re feeling anxious for no matter the reason, you can apply gratitude. If you feel stressed, you can apply gratitude too.
And when life’s hard, no matter the circumstance.
When you slow down and practice gratitude, if only for a minute – you will notice the difference. Gratitude is powerful in many situations in life. And of course, it will help you boost your manifestations.
Being grateful for what is
If you’ve read my blog posts and/or my emails, you know that I’m all about feeling grateful for what is.
And to trust and know that everything happens for a reason.
Everything is exactly how it should be.
This will not only be calming, but it will also raise your vibration. It’s easier to tackle life’s challenges when you can appreciate what is.
In life, difficult situations can and will happen. It can be health-related situations, financial difficulties…
When these circumstances occur, it can be hard to feel grateful. For example, if you or someone close get sick – how could you possibly feel grateful?
I know that is a challenging one. But gratitude will help. By trusting and knowing that everything is happening for a reason, you remain in a state of grace. And you keep your energy and vibration high.
Gratitude and manifesting
When manifesting, gratitude is a perfect booster!
As you already know, I’m all about being grateful for your desire beforehand. By being grateful beforehand, you are vibrating at the same frequency as your desire. And by doing so, your manifestation is inevitable.
If you are not grateful for what you have now, you’re manifesting in lack.
What you’re sending out, you attract into your life.
By feeling grateful and practicing gratitude you’ll receive more to feel grateful for. What you focus on expands, as you know.
So, by practicing gratitude – you’re setting yourself up for success! Sounds good, doesn’t it?
When you’re trying too hard
Can you be trying too hard when it comes to manifesting? Oh yes, you can!
It’s essential to not be attached to the outcome and manifest from joy and gratitude.
From a relaxed state, not when you’re stressed. Not when you feel “needy”.
When you’re trying and trying without any results what so ever, you can be too attached to the outcome.
For example, if you really need money. Then you can feel stressed because of lack. When you are manifesting in lack, you keep on attracting more lack into your life. Which you don’t want.
So, don’t attach to the outcome and manifest in a state of gratitude and joy. It takes some time to get a hold of this, but it’s so worth it – so don’t give up!
Practicing gratitude daily
To shift your mindset and raise your vibration it’s good to start practicing gratitude. Daily it’s the best. Starting your day with gratitude set you up for success.
You can both be practicing gratitude on the things in your life that you are grateful for. And also for your desire which you want to manifest, beforehand.
Daily practice of gratitude can be done through
Choose what’s right for you. There is no right or wrong. And I’m not talking about some time-consuming ritual. Just keep it short and sweet.
If you decide to start practicing gratitude on a daily basis, remember that a new habit takes time. Therefore, be kind to yourself. If you forget to do it one day, that’s ok! Then do it the next day instead.
By practicing gratitude regularly your vibration will stay high longer. And what you’re vibrating, what you are sending out – you attract.

Take a journal or a piece of paper and write it down.
Remember, you always have something to feel grateful for. No matter your current situation.
